Who am I and What do I do?
I am a fitness trainer. I train people (of all ages and types- no matter!) to be stronger, to control stress, and to relax. The combination of these three yields more energy in daily living, more confidence in one’s ability to achieve (in AND out of training), and ways to positively handle stress.
Why me?
I live what I preach. Every day I work towards becoming stronger, being able to use stress to my advantage, and to relax my body and mind (this allows me to learn, to observe without pre existing filters). I learn to learn, the key to constant progression. Not only will you accomplish your physical goals (strength, losing fat, changing the physique etc) but you will truly enjoy the process.

Simplicity- employing the most efficient ways to accomplish a goal.
Adaptability-tailoring training to one’s personality, interests and physical condition.
Intensity- focusing and giving one’s all at precisely calculated times to yield maximal results.
Mindfulness- being aware of the body’s actions and reactions, paying attention to the thoughts and emotions, and creating habits to move you towards your ideals.

Mind and Body
As a fitness trainer, I seek to bring clients a slightly different package than one might expect from a typical trainer. My aim is to create a client that understands him/herself so well that they no longer need the assistance of a trainer. I choose to bring people closer to being independent in their body-related choices.
Naturally, we will accomplish your objectives-be it losing fat, better enjoying your everyday life, becoming stronger, or even having energy to play with the grandchildren.
However; training is comprised of not only teaching proper form and alignment (when moving, exercising, getting up from a chair or even just standing!) but reaching through to the client to help them understand why their body acts and responds the way it does, and how to alter it (if desired). I dwell into depths that are rarely presented in the mainstream fitness industry, uncovering the why’s of every single detail I provide. Everything is thought out completely, and if I have not tried and understood something on myself, I will never teach it to someone else.
The mind plays the leading role in movement, and I seek to teach the relation between the mind and the body. Without this connection, we can not understand our movements, our bodies, and will make very slow (if any) progress. Developing, understanding and using the mind to achieve our fitness/health goals is absolutely critical for progression and results. The subtle interactions between mind and body are the bridge linking you to success and independence in your goals and decision making.
I find myself to be passionate, driven and very knowledgeable on the workings of the body and mind, and truly enjoy spreading my learnings. Progressing in this field has been the highest priority of my life for years, and coupled with an honest and refreshing approach to teaching, I will help you get to know yourself like never before!
